Absolutely not - just you and your family & friends ! All our tours are private, so it is just your group – maximum of 7 guests.

What if we are in the City / Another Suburb?
That's fine ! We offer a door to door service - we can calculate a pick up fee if you are outside of the Yarra Valley / Eastern Suburbs and advise on booking.
Just let us know where you are staying and your preferred pick up time.
What vehicle do you use?
Our small group, bespoke, private tours are operated in a luxury 8-seater Kia Carnival Special Edition. Featuring a luxurious interior with ample space, next generation Kia technology, dual sunroofs and 5 star safety rating. You will travel in complete comfort & style.
What if I don’t drink alcohol?
You will still be spoilt for choice! All of our tours can provide alternatives if you prefer not to drink alcohol – The Yarra Valley offers a range of exceptional Cafes offering world class coffee and a range of delicious teas, chai, smoothies, juices & milkshakes.
Can food & drink be consumed in the vehicle?
In consideration of all guests, we ask that you not consume food or drinks in the vehicle – water is fine and bottled water will be provided.
What should I bring / What about the weather?
Melbourne is known for 4 seasons in 1 day – so we suggest a sun hat, light jacket, wrap or warmer layer in the winter, sunscreen and comfortable shoes. Please advise in advance if you have any mobility or health concerns which might affect your enjoyment of the day.
Are the tours suitable for children?
Of course ! Some of our itineraries, such as the Healesville Sanctuary visit, are ideal for children. We can discuss the best venues, with age appropriate activities, whilst creating your tour.
Are special dietary needs catered for?
Absolutely – all proposed venues will have a range of options for you to choose from. To ensure this is accommodated, please advise us at the time of booking.
